I'd take the ae86. The one on the left, known as Auris in Europe, is only driven by old people for obvious reasons. I'd even take the Beetle over that car to be honest, as long as I wouldn't have to commute in it.

Let's be honest, I'd take the newer one because it's worth more money.
I find all these "I'd take x over y" comparisons effete.

You have to admit that generation auris/corolla is much better looking than the new one

Yes, I'll give you that. Especially the rear, which you wisely pictured, is absolutely hideous. Especially on a car with the stock hubcaps. The old Auris is merely very homely and, to me, utterly interesting. But I might be biased, other than the coupes I dislike almost everything Toyota has produced from the 90s on.

10/10 would hoon

Extra points for having RS Watanabe F8s with red hubcaps! Definitely my favorite set of wheels ever.

That's a surprisingly good-looking Auris/Corolla, but I'll take the AE86!

Was that taken at Palm Beach? I remember there being a JDMST meet there ages ago, mate of mine took his R32 GTR there...

I think so, but I'm not entirely sure
